What is Eternity?
We were born into this utter deception that eternity is a straight line.
We were
Born into the lie that eternity is a stretch of time after all
of existence gets curtained in a rolled-up ball
of God-waste. But my God did not come to condemn the world,
He came to sanctify it. Eternity then is a circle of
last days of last days and more last days.
Eternity is the step I take into the name of Jesus Christ —
the kindness by which you must remember me.
Eternity is the dying I do to the old lies
that you might hate me and I should hoard my smile from you.
Eternity is love firmly expressed in me. Eternity is the
intelligence by which I deploy my powers to help
human good flourish. Eternity is the vehemence with which I
determine that you must remember my name and
all the justice I have done with and for you. In all truthfulness,
what is existence if there is none to reckon it with?
Eternity is the love by which I spill my stories.
Give me eternity: In the skies and on the land.
Immortality: I will be remembered in Heaven and on Earth.
In all honesty, legacy is eternity.
Eternity is legacy.
